Devin got his first buck today. but he also got a few stiches in his forhead from the scope. nailed him in between his eyes....... hes still pretty stoked though...... photos on photobucket link..

lil trick on the scope..........look in there and get yer field of view then back yer head up till a black circle appears on the outer edge of yer view then center this black ring perfectly ....this willl mean that yer head is directly behind the perfect optical view for accuracy...elliminating paralox view


paralox view is like when yer behind the wheel of yer truck and it reads exactly 75 mph but yer dad in the passenger seat reads that youi are doing 78mph..........he has paralox view cuz he aint behind the numbers and the needle

 

ill let him know whitmore. hes still cutting it up....pretty happy with that buck, its a nice size, no fat.. apple fed.... fresh liver tonight.......nummy.

Nice deer, and I did the same thing with my dad's 308 when I was 12. Ended up with 5 stitches above the eye.
