Default Winter finally hit Iceland tonight...

and this is my first time with a Cummins for winter....

i had to put 1ton in the bed to get some grip since my vacuum system is all up, what do you guys do to fix that and how do you RWD guys make it in the winter ??

i just got a 500LITER fish product box (Plastic Container) put it in the bed and filled it with sand...

rear is a bit saggy, nothing crazy though.... how much have you guys loaded in the bed without problems ?

It depends what's wrong with the vacuum system. Many times, it's just the rubber hoses that need replaced. It could be the vacuum pump or the vacuum switch. Don't quite know how you would get parts in Iceland, but over here Gould sells vacuum pump repair kits
GOULD GEAR AND ELECTRIC INC. , and I usually get the vacuum switch from Quad4x4

Good luck!

that would be alright if the fork is not messed up. i chose to put a tack on each side of the collar. only thing thats diff from stock is the drive shaft turns all the time. we see alot of trucks that is wore bad and this is the only fix unless you replace stuff.
