Its just an account. If you go to pay pals site, below the login, there is "new to paypal? Sign up". click that and fill it out. You have to add your bank account to it and it usually takes a few days for them to verify it.

When you get on the site, right above the login, is a link that says How PayPal Works. If you click on it, it'll guide you through what it is and how it works and will help you get started.

This link is the the home page of PayPal:

https://www.paypal.com/

I have used PayPal for a few years now, and never been screwed. Good site, and very, VERY handy!

i try to avoid using it just bc im old school and like to use my own card or cash bc i feel safer. i have been forced to use it off and on for 2 or 3 years and like what i see but like u im still hesitant to use it alot. the credit card number they have on file for me is my card that has the lowest limit so i dont have to worry about someone trying to kill all my money

I don't like using PAYPAL, cause they are anti-guns. BUT if you pay with PAYPAL they will make sure you don't get ripped-off by the seller
