Conceal Carry----Crossbreed Supertuck IWB Holster
#32
The key is to wear a loose fitting shirt. I am a pretty healthy guy (5'-10" 250#) and I have found that the shirts I wear show it a little more than I like. But its my fault bc I have gained a little weight. So the fix is stop eating so dang much..LOL.. But other than that I love my supertuck. And as RSWORDS said the trick is to get a gun belt. My girlfriends dad has a leather shop and he is making me a belt that is 1.5" wide and 1/4" thick.

Problem with this kind of holster that shows up if ya do much shooting, weapon presenting from it....
When worn with a tight gun belt the belt pulls against the kydex slightly collapsing the leather making it a pain to re holster one handed.
I had this problem several times & ended up going to a Comp-Tac CTAC & have never had such a problem again.
Now I wear my full size 1911 in the CTAC and ya will never know....

Was wearing a T shirt, the Sig 239 in a CTAC holster and a 5.11 cover shirt (button down) and a light coat...
Light coat was easy to take off...the cover shirt was large/loose enough to completely cover the weapon and not bunch up/print when removing the coat.
You should be able to slip the muzzle into the holster without looking/feeling and re holster with your eyes shut....

Like I said, for general shooting target practice I would not use any kind of IWB holster.

I can, besides though, in a Self Defence situation (which is why a carry) its gun at ready or on target. And when the cops show you wont be re-holstering. You will be on the ground away from your weapon till they determine you are not a bad guy.

It all depends on the situation and some times you could have re holstered as the threat had left the area. I'ts not always good waiting on the side of the street with a gun in your hand for the cops....and some time ya might not even call the cops....No two times are alike & ya can't say that something will always happen.
Except for classes I use IWB for everything, you need to get into the muscle memory, train your bod/mind how to act without thought as when you need the pistol your flight or fight reflexes are going full bore and you don't have the muscle movements...
It's sort of like the 1st time you were on the nozzle in a real full blown working structure fire, can't see anything....except hearing the fire, feeling the heat.....it's not like the burn house.....
