First find out how is his health ??? Does he smoke ??? drink ??? do drugs ??? Does the house have any liens ??? Make sure there is no other names on the SATIFACTION of MORTGAGE, that is the (DEED or TITLE) every body calls it by a different name

 

who pays the taxes every year? i know mine run ~$1500 per year on a $130K house, assuming the millage rate is the same here you are more than likely looking at ~$6-7K+ per year in taxes on the property....
