Default sad day

well, as of Saturday I am no longer a diesel owner

traded my 1993 first gen dodge with a list of problems 2 pages long for a 2000 dodge 2500 4x4 gasser with only a few minor issues and a little rust. so for the time being life will suck a little as I acclimate back to how low on power a gas powered truck can be.

my goal in all this is to fix up the rust and trade it in on a duramax, figured i would get a better trade value on this thing with nothing mechanical wrong vs. my old one with a billion and 2 issues.

After owning my 6.4 for almost two years, I don't have trust in the 6.4 anymore, It hasn't given me any problems(other than a vibration in idle which the dealer say it's normal) but at the ORG all the guys are posting that this engine is chit, I mite be a gasser owner myself

That would be a sad day....I have always loved diesels and after owning one for almost a year I couldnt imagine going back to a gasser when I do drive a gasser truck it makes me appreciate my truck that much more. Good luck with your plans on getting back into a diesel
