If thats you on the duke, get your butt off the seat. Carry way more corner speed, with less lean angle if you shift your body position. Or, step the back end out and chew up some tires. I do instruct at a race school though, so I notice improper body position.

My current toys include:
06 KX450F motard
05 GSXR 1000, former Eric Woods Hooters AMA bike
03 GSXR 1000, street toy with 114,000 miles on it. Even has the original clutch.
02 GSXR 600, track toy
and the 01 Kawasaki Super Sherpa. the pit bike.

Oh yea, I can get the lowers down on the 600RR, along with my elbow, so I think they lean pretty good.

I work for www.RideSmart.info. But, we are mainly in Texas, and I think thats a pretty long drive for you. Most schools are pretty good, just see what people say about their safety. Ive seen some schools turn into crashfests because they are run like crap. As much as I think Keith Code is an idiot, his schools are Ok. But, he makes you start in the begginer level, even if you are a licensed racer. Then he kicks you out for going to fast. I got bored and threw down, and 3 of his instructors wrecked trying to keep up. Keven Schwantz has a bad azz school, and he is real cool. Awsome guys there. I think the closest he is getting to you is Ohio, but check his website. Most local trackdays are ok, just make sure its not an open trackday. Most open trackdays dont have instructors to work with. If you want to get better, its always nice to have someone ride with you and let you know what you are doing right and wrong. If they video your ride, then give you a copy, thats even better.

The last pic I posted is turn 10 at Texas World Speedway. its a tight, constant radius right hander. If I try to stay in a full tuck in it, I wash the front tire, bad. I guess my weight makes me have to change my riding style in some corners. I 6'3" and was 260 or so when the pic was taken. 30lbs lighter this year, and I will be there again in a week, so I will see what difference it makes.
