This is kind of interesting. Didn't know these but to me if you don't answer any of them you won't get hired. Some of these laws are just crazy. Too much protection sometimes imo

1,2 and 4 all seem legit to be asked in an interview....

edit: upon further review of the question, youcant ask age because there are protection measures for applicants over 40. under 40 and your on your own. but it still seems legit.

I think it is all ok too. If I'm hiring someone I don't see why I can't ask and get a reply for 1,3 and 4. I really don't care if they are married or not. I wouldn't even ask the other questions

So if and guy in a wheel chair comes in for an interview, I cant ask him if he has any disabilties that hinder his swimming abilties? (Note I run a diving company)

I think "asking" these questions shouldn't be illegal; but acting discriminately on the answers is.
