The solution to pollution is dilution....

Drink lots of fluids. If your gonna drink Gatorade cut it 50/50 with water. Your body will absorb it better.

chug a beer as soon as u wake up its called bitein the snake tht bit u or while ur drinkin drank a glass of tomatto juice

stay hydrated, take vitamin B and E before passing out (or a few multi's)

My ultimate hangover cure is a porkchop in a can. I.E............ Bud, Mich, Miller. whatever you drink. to each his own.

Your not drinking enough then. After yuo think you cant drink any more water drink 2 or 3 more glasses... you will **** your brain out but feel better in a few.
