I have fallen asleep and wrecked and also gotten a ticket for driving beyond HOS. I agree that you should be able to recoup as fast as you can drive. Or make driving slower. I just drove 300 miles in about 2 minutes this morning and it will take all day to recoup.

 

Dang it.....got a ticket this morning. Over my hours of service at a fatigue level of 13.

Oh well, that's what I get for driving 786 miles in one day.........

 

Im over there as well same name. I have joined me a company and we have a contract right now runnin gasoline from houston to el paso. Fun game havent got any tickets but had two wrecks and had to call a tow truck on one of them.

 

How did you wreck. I guess I keep loosing tires running up north. Had two breakdowns at $108 a piece.

I agree, I would but I have no $$$ to start the company. I also need a new rig first. As soon as I get a rig that can go 60+ and have the extra money I will start it, but that could take at least a week.

one more trip and I'm selling my truck and getting a loan to get a 60 mile an hour truck...this thing is way to slow.

SOB's gave me a ticket for over HOS (again) after I got to my destination city on a fatigue level of 11 and rested for 12 hours.....tried to start another route and it said I had a ticket for the route before.....maybe they're trying to strong arm me into signing on with a company. LOL

Still driving a slow POS cabover, but I figure if she holds together another month I'll have something newer and faster....maybe. We'll see.
