Buffalo Wings Recipe Wanted

I need a good recipe for buffalo wings. I like hot but I don't want nothin that I have to work at to eat. To me hot means enjoyably so, not tryin to prove my manhood hot. All the pre-made sauces I've tried just don't taste right and restaurants charge to damn much. $10 or more for enough wings to make a good snack is insane.

So how can I make me some at home.

Hey Uncle Bubba, check these out. I've personally made the second recipe before and it is really good.
Last time I made boneless wings and instead of using butter I used bacon grease...best boneless hot wings ever. Just watch out for the salt content of some of these sauces.

Ingredients
oil for deep frying
1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 egg
1 cup milk
3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch strips
1/4 cup hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon butter

Directions
Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Combine flour, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a large bowl. Whisk together the egg and milk in a small bowl. Dip each piece of chicken in the egg mixture, and then roll in the flour blend. Repeat so that each piece of chicken is double coated. Refrigerate breaded chicken for 20 minutes.
Fry chicken in the hot oil, in batches. Cook until the exterior is nicely browned, and the juices run clear, 5 to 6 minutes a batch.
Combine hot sauce and butter in a small bowl. Microwave sauce on High until melted, 20 to 30 seconds. Pour sauce over the cooked chicken; mix to coat.

Boneless Buffalo Wings Recipe - Allrecipes.com

Ingredients
oil for deep frying
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup hot sauce
1 dash ground black pepper
1 dash garlic powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
10 chicken wings

Directions
Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). The oil should be just enough to cover wings entirely, an inch or so deep. Combine the butter, hot sauce, pepper and garlic powder in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir together and heat until butter is melted and mixture is well blended. Remove from heat and reserve for serving.
In a small bowl mix together the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt. Place chicken wings in a large nonporous glass dish or bowl and sprinkle flour mixture over them until they are evenly coated. Cover dish or bowl and refrigerate for 60 to 90 minutes.
Fry coated wings in hot oil for 10 to 15 minutes, or until parts of wings begin to turn brown. Remove from heat, place wings in serving bowl, add hot sauce mixture and stir together. Serve.

I like to deep fry the wings and just use Franks Redhot. Not to hot but a nice little bite.

This is an easy way to do it.

Put wings on bbq or grill. Baste them with Franks Red Hot as they are grilling. When they are done, pull them off and toss them in a little more Red Hot sauce. So easy, DieselMinded could do it.

You probably would get a little more flavour if you rubbed them with a bbq type rub and put them in the fridge overnight before grilling.
