There is a guy that copies restaurant recipes and writes cook books about them. In one of them he has a bunch of the Buffalo Wild Wings sauces. I'll see if I can track down what book it is.

If you like lots of flavor and little heat use Frank's Red Hot 1 bottle plus one pouch of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing (the dry stuff, put it right in the hot sauce). Makes a great flavor and is adjustable to your heat by adding vegetable oil to cool it off. Once made you need to refrigerate to keep the rest unless you are making a bunch of wings. Very tasty.
