Default Big Hornets Nest

I have a Big Hornets Nest on the edge of my yard on a tree its about 15 feet up ,,, And there are bees going in and out of it ,, What shoudl i do to remove it ?

I was thinking of throwing some 20ga Slugs at it and blowing it to pieces ?

Or should i try to set it on fire being in the woods and all ??

shoot the branch that it is on down and then on a cold night put it in a thick plastic bag. then tie it tight and then take 1 or 2 more bags and cover it again. unless you want to relocate them then you could just empty the bag somewhere safe.

well then.

shooting it would be fun but they will rebuild. do you have a ladder and one of those propane torches?

I would definitely shoot it some first to open the nest up then torch the bastages.

and make sure miss minded gets video of the whole thing

I took one apart with a 12 gauge and 7 1/2 shot game load w/modified choke, last fall.
One shot and it was gone. Not much time for fun, but effective....
