I hate news like this, but glad you guys are all ok....trucks fix, people dont!

The Laws are pretty much the same everywhere, but I had an incident similar to yours and it got thrown out of court because the car I rearended merged into my lane and slammed of her brakes. since she hadn't completed the lane change, it was her fault!

Man that suck's. I am glad to hear you're ok. Could have been worse. Looks like a well taken care of truck. It'll be back together soon.

Glad everyone is ok. Looks like TJ's bumper did his job.. That poor minivan LOL.. I hope you exchanged info and are planning on letting insurance handle this. Keep an eye out for those minivan people claiming neck and back problems.

The insurance company said I should have taken the truck on instead "give: All I know is I knew TJ's truck would hurt and I thought the trees looked more inviting
