Usually about $80 a week at the store and $40 eating out for me and my little girl. I go threw two gallons of milk a day though between me and her and that is getting pricey.

I try to by whole foods and/or natural foods and avoid the prepackaged stuff.

Sure, it takes longer to cook a meal but the healthy trade offs are worth it, AND it costs less.

I spend about $200/month and eat GRRRRRRRRRRRREAT.

My doctor told me that my diet is part of the reason I've come through so well, getting the natural vitamins and nutrients from fresh vegetables, fruit, nuts, etc.

I eat a ton of seafood, too.
