yes we offer shock watch and and a few other options. they have a key fob that you put in front of the monitor and it changes all of the settings to what ever operator owns the key fob. this way they can slow a newbie down if they want. It also has the ability to upload the hit/crash/code/maintenace alarm ect. to our computer and we can dispatch a tech from our dealerships automatically.
So if the truck goes down the the tech is there before they would normally even get a chance to make a call into our dealer.

that particular model wouldnt be the best choice for 5" of standing water.
probably our 4 wheel sit down would be better. I believe we have an AC model of that now too.

but typically water isnt the best idea.

Our dealer there is Raymond Storage concepts.
they are located in Urbancrest.
Their number is 614-275-3494. Tell them you're interested in a raymond truck for your facilty. They will come out and see if they think one of our trucks will fit your needs. then maybe provide you with a demo unit to see how you like it.
