I wouldn't get upset about it. He wouldn't be welcome back, at least not without an *** chewing, but trying to get an immature wannabe prosecuted and shunned on a sketchy $50 "agreement" strikes me as inane.
Any dyno day that makes money and doesn't end with arrests, hospitalizations or thousands of dollars worth of damage is a success... Getting bent out of shape because somebody blew off $50 isn't putting things in perspective.

ok, lets do. that way others wont get robbed by this crook. expose him for what he is and do a public service to bussiness' and club members so they realize that if you do any dealings with this guy you may get cheated.
it appears he had also gone to les schwab tires and purchased a set of tires for his truck and skipped out on them failing to pay also. how many people has he screwed over that he didnt get caught on.
i think all theives and crooked individuals should be outed on the internet forums. especially those who may effect or 'infect' the diesel community. perhaps send them a message that illegal and immoral behavior will NOT be tolerated.

$50 or $500 is still theft of services. it still makes him a criminal.
if you accept that 1 can get away with not paying, can you accept that 20 others can do the same. wouldnt make it worth it for the dyno operators to be there.
i think if folks got tough and prosecuted people like that who INTENTIONALLY commited theivery i betcha it would be an incentive to him and to others contemplating doing the same immoral act to avoid doing anything of the sort.
we need to send the message that people of this 'class' that commit dishonest acts will not be welcome at diesel dyno days.
