Wow.... That blows BIG TIME!

 

Why would you take the time to change trailers, why wouldn't you just hook up to the trailer it's in and drive away. Even if it's still hooked to the tow vehicle it would still be quicker to cut a lock and use a trailer jack to move it from one truck to another and have trailer and all.

Guess thieves are thieves cause they're to damn stupid to think things through though.

 

The story was, that they did, indeed hook a stolen city truck to the trailer the car was in. They couldn't maneuver the whole rig out of the storage complex it was in, so they removed the car, stole an open trailer in the storage area, loaded the car, and took off.
