It's unfortunate that black folk get all the cool names nowadays. It used to be that men would be given real names, unique names that would sound pretentious until they grew in to them. Like back in the civil war... Names like Winfield. Ulysses. Adelbert. Romeyn. Absalom. Lafayette. Manning. Catharinus. Speed. Theophilus. Ormsby. Soloman. Galusha. Americus. Eliakim. Cadwallader. Amiel. Alpheus.

Nowadays everybody who isn't black is naming kids "Nick", "Chris", "Jacyn" and "Colt"... They're just not the same.

 

the wife wanted to name our son kayden but we didnt. in california its a way too popular name. there were 6 kids named kayden that graduated from my high school and i know 4 more that live in my town.

me personally im not much a fan of any of the aiden family names. kayden jayden aiden etc.

i had just bought a set of westin nerf bars about a week before my son was born, so he got stuck with Weston for a name haha

 

If I ever have a boy we are going to name it River, not popular but we like it. I like Kayden also.

My nephews name is Colt so Colton would work also.

It's pretty hard to come up with a un popular name these days. Those two names you gave are good but far from un original. I named my son Rylan after he was born I met like three people that had kidswith that name. We aren't planning on more kids but if I had another boy he would be cutter girl would be Olivia faith or hope olivia.
