yeah that was fun, I wish we were still there to. bad thing is we moved here and every year we go to hooters for my b-day and the hooters that was here got shut down

I was actually looking at these yesterday.

Gremlins are badass dude. They're pocket muscle cars; light-weight, rear-wheel drive, all steel, sturdily built, 21 gallon gas tank. They came stock with a 304 V-8 option, or an inline 6 standard; with factory components you could bolt-in any V-8 AMC engine, all the way to a 390 or 401. They didn't have a 4-cylinder until it was optional in '77. They got Chrysler 727 transmissions in '72, the same* as what 89-91 Dodge Cummins trucks used.

I was this close to buying several for my first car before I got my truck.
