my little boat does about 65 i thought that was pretty good for a small lake boat..

 

Ya my old boss really got into that stuff. he built a boat with a 350 cheby makin like 650hp. The kicker it was only 16ft long!!

 

Wow! Think of the hp to weight ratio I'd love to have one but probably wouldn't have it long I wonder if I would crash and burn or the wife would make me sell it first

a friend of mine farther had a jet boat he drag raced, i think his was 18' i think?
it has a built 454, he said it would easily do over 100, but he was to scared to do it.

my boat does about 65 on a nice clam day, thats plenty fast enough for me.
