I have a magnetic key thing wedged underneath my truck. I'm more worried about getting the dumb thing out than I am about it falling off. But I hardly ever lock my doors. My bronco doesn't even have keys.

 

i keep a spare key in my wallet so i can let it run and have the doors locked if need be. i really dont have to worry bout lockin my keys in my truck because my drivers door has to be locked manually but the pass side works the rite way. that and my stack vibrated the lock off my sliding glass window so i can jsut slide it open and crawl in

 

On my 07 the key IS the "fob". I keep all my other keys in my pocket and keep a spare in the toolbox. This way if I lock myself out (which has happened before) all I have to do is unlock the box and grab the spare. Another "benefit" is there are no keys hanging on the ignition key.
