Default silver lake sand dunes

Any body go up to silver lake sand dunes in Michigan? I am going to go up there in aug or sept. any body else going at that time, sure would be nice to have someone else to ride with. Is there any other sand dunes around ohio? I have been to glamis in CA, i cant find any thing else out here that compares to that.

Its fun but you can ride around for 20 minutes and do everything there is to do. Seven hour trip from here in Springfield. Haven't been there in 4 years.

2 words my brotha...St. Anthony. Here in ID. I have friends that have been to Glamis after riding here so much and think it is a dissapointment. These dunes are 10miles long by approx 2-3 miles long at the widest part. Huge steep dunes, not just rollers. But the plus about st a's is during the early season they can be up to 550ft tall! Toward the east end its the smaller rollers then as you go west they get big. Way neat place you should giv em' a try...

go here St. Anthony Sand Dunes
