Get your CCW or what ever they call a concealed permit in your area and carry, some people are crazy and you have to be ready to take them out first.

Just goes to show you, you never know when someone is going to do something stupid. I don't leave home without mine.

The biker may have a problem though. The law in oklahoma says that you cannot carry into a place where alcohol is the primary source of income. I don't know, maybe he had it stored in a saddle bag on his bike or something. Defending lawyer could probably get him off under the "Stand your ground Law".

I didn't see that news last night. Usually OKC shows stuff from Tulsa from time to time.

Too bad the guy had to die but he shouldn't have been startin stuff.

This happened in Columbus, OH this summer during the All American Quarter Horse Congress. Feller I work with was stayng in the next hotel over when it happened.

A great-grandmother and five of her relatives were enjoying a family trip when an armed robber stormed inside their motel room. Shouting orders, the robber forced the great-grandmother onto the floor, which actually positioned her closer to her .357 magnum revolver, a gun she inherited from her late husband and for which she had a permit to carry. As the robber threatened three generations of the woman's family and demanded money, she quietly got her gun. A shot rang out. "I thought I was shot," her son said. "I didn't realize my mother had shot him. It was mass chaos." The robber stumbled outside and died. "She said to me, 'God was with me tonight. You know I couldn't have done that myself,'" her son recalled. (The Columbus Dispatch, Columbus, OH, 10/23/09)
