If we are talking about when these guys were in their prime - I hgate to say it, but I would have to go with VanDamm. Watch his first movie, Bloodsport. I know its just a movie but I dont think Segal could have even got ahold of VanDamm, which is pretty important with the style that Segal practices. That being said, Steven Segal is a true Martial Artist and is no joke. He was studying Aikido in Japan when he was 16 or 17, and was one of the first white guys ever to open a dojo in Japan.

i thought Van Damme 's 1st movie was universal soldier?
i'm not an expert on him, but i was thinking for some reason it was?
also Van Damme is just a sissy. i think he was the one that got beat up by one of his old body guards at a club.
i think the body guard said something along the lines of "this isn't the movies"
