Well the parents were sentenced to jail, but it should've been at least 6 months, and a very heavy fine.

Didn't fool me when I seen it floating rolling from side to side, with his weight it wouldn't have made it that high.

How the experts didn't know it I don't know but at least he got some jail time out of it.
