No way you can hack a digital encrypted system with a 24.95$ device.
Just think about the military GPS signal- isn't decoded yet too.
We have a digital transmitter, which is able to transmit 180000 communication partners simultanious. Just tell me how to encode,track and use this with such a cheap device. No way.

If it is an unprotected com link it is not important. But it also does not interfere with protected links.
