Are you sure that's from California? The answers are all in english. Oh wait, the non-english speaking illegal immigrants don't have to go to the DMV, they just get to drive unregistered cars without insurance...heck, I'm a nice guy, that's why I have to pay an uninsured/underinsured premium if I get anything more than liability insurance.
