It case no one figured it out, I'm a Handyman, so can help with a lot of home improvements

That's my brother's new house we completely remodeled it, I did the plumbing, some electric, I getting to old to spend all day in a attic,drywall,finishing and paint.
The room above use to have a wall down the middle and we ripped the mother out the first thing to open the house.
Since we put the big garden tub in we had to include a shower too, since we were limited in size we plumbed it through the ceiling with a finished down rod to stop splash and give him room to step out of the flow to get soaped up.
So I can talk you through a bunch of projects.
