Man I quit drinking beer a few months ago and have lost 50 pounds. 220 to 170, really I didn't even drink that much beer just 3-4 after work (sometimes less) on the weekdays and ok maybe a lot more on Friday nights, but geeze, I didn't think it made that big of a difference. I don't think I'm gonna fall back into that habit again after this eye opener.

It was time to grow up, what else can I say?? If I had known that it was making me so fat I would have quit a long time ago, always figured it was just my body type. Stupid habit and I'm glad I fell out of the routine.

yea it is quit drinkin Mtn Dew and lost like 15-20lbs feel better too never had a beer issue either tho

 

Oh I haven't quit it for good or anything, just not going to be a regular anymore, that's a bad routine to have. Looking forward to drinking on the beach in Mexico with my new figure in January.
