Rabbit gravy and biscuits, mmmmmm, boss I worked for, use to call me the night before and tell to come early for breakfast at least once a month when he stopped a bought a farm raised rabbit on the way home.

they will growl kick and try to bite, but there not exactly tough critters.. just grab it with a glove and shove it into a box.. then open the box out in the yard somewhere..

You could also lower some sort of bag in a rope...when he step onto the bag, yank it out of the hole.
