Uncle that aint a chop... Seen them that big myself... If your hands are on the bars you can work teh clutch and brake. All you do is extend your fingers

I dont see a clutch on the bars either. I asume it has been reloctaed foe easier use, And alot of riders dont use a front brake anyway, Hell Alot of bikes dont have a front brake!
