Prayers sent from north TX - I saw something a little while back somewhere about a non profit org that lets people 'borrow' wheelchairs and beds and such. Going to see if I can find info on it today and post it on here.

 

Everyone that is looking around for me, thank you and god bless you from my family. keeping my hopes up has been hard, i am not ready to give up yet. i have lots to do still. plus i was learning how to fly fish, me and my daughter. so please keep praying. bless everyone of you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! kelly

If they do surgery on Monday, what recovery time are you looking at? And they'd be trying to remove the mass?

This helped when my cousin was getting chemo. She watched her favorite comedies all the time, kept herself smiling and laughing. She now absolutely loves I Love Lucy, cuz it was her favorite back then, and someone got her the dvd sets, and she watched constantly and it helped save her life.

There is a company in Houston that rents powered chairs. If you'll need it for more than a couple of months though you might be better off buying one as the rentals are kind of pricey. Sorry I couldn't help you a no cost option. Maybe see if your insurance would cover the rental or the cost of one. Here are the links.
