store selling flasks right or wrong?

this was my response i posted up..
you guys can vote, there also you don't have to register.. and if you refresh the page you can vote multiple times 
i votes yes, simply because there are worse things for sale and should be focused on besides a flask.
that's what makes us a free country because we can sell this crap.. i don't think we should Be told what we can and can not sell
i think people are voting under the assumption flasks are for alcohol?
kids don't know they are used for alcohol until you tell them.. seem like they just said on the new that's what they are for?

it's the parents, it's the adults that put in to the child's mind a flask is for alcohol..
people in other counties us flasks to carry water.
how is this any worse then, stores that sell bongs, and say they are for tobacco? who the hell smokes tobacco from a bong?
i have yet to see any one. is it possible..yes.. but very doubtful. what about Spencer's? they don't ID people of age.
and yet they sell sex toys..
i rather have my child looking at flasks then sex toys.
my point is there are alot worse things out there to have a fit over then a flask. after all vodka can be carried in a Poland spring bottle at school and no one would know.. how do you think i know this? flask or not flask kids will be kids. it's hard to stop some one that is determined.

Alright... I put no, just because I don't think a jewelry shop should be selling flasks at all, but I think you need another option in the poll... "I don't care" because I really don't. I'm not saying they should be banned from selling flasks, because they should be able to sell whatever they want, its a "Free" country
