I am liking Bass Pro Gear more and more. I have a Johnny Morris though I want to pick up another.

 

My dad and I have been very happy with our johnny morris stuff.

 

Yeah I am going to pick up another Johnny Morris Reel before the Falcon trip. Sucks that they are $300 bucks.

These are nice 8 Ball bearings. Dual brakes they actually roll smoother than some of my Abu's

I have been liking Bass Pro Shop Reels more and more lately.

 

That is sexy right there. I am huge fan of Bass Pro Shops rods and reel. They are a execelent product at a good price. If you buy them on sale then its a steal.

 

i bought an Bionic Blade baitcaster that i got for 40 bucks when they were still selling for 90 bucks and it has always been a POS reel and how it performs. it always birdnests on light lures and gets knotted when i throw spinnerbaits. i adjusted the drag and the spool tighnest thung and it still doesnt work.

I know its not my casting because I got pflugers and shimanos that all cast fine but it kinda ruined my idea on Bass Pro reels.

right now i use it for catfishing because its a strong baitcaster and when it birdnests its fine because i adjust while it is sinking to the bottom so its all good but those Rick Clunns and the johnny morris reels look really nice so i might try them aggain. but those look really good. hope you catch some big fish!
