We put one of these together for new years eve. Planned on makin it on the grill but ran out a propane so it ended up in the oven. Worked out great, just altered the temp to 350 degrees, put a drip pan under it and tracked the temps with a meat thermometer. These things really are to die for. 4 of us polished it off pretty quick so keep that in mind when your deciding how many to make for your event.
