made one last night.. mmmm mmmm

 

We put one of these together for new years eve. Planned on makin it on the grill but ran out a propane so it ended up in the oven. Worked out great, just altered the temp to 350 degrees, put a drip pan under it and tracked the temps with a meat thermometer. These things really are to die for. 4 of us polished it off pretty quick so keep that in mind when your deciding how many to make for your event.

 

That should come with an angeoplasty....

 

Ya but damn it was good.

 

Got hungry for a little bacon myself. I'm throwing in burger with red onions, mushrooms, and a little Jalapeno and cheese. Thought I would try something a little more heart healthy


Finished and it was fantastic

 

I've been wanting bacon recently anyway, this will give me an excuse to get some.
