Case in point about the bloated authority and attitude of the police.

If he's being honest, he obviously let a street racer slide because he himself is a tuner enthusiast. He should be in hot water for selectively enforcing the law, especially such an important law, and especially for flaunting callous disrespect of ordinance by morphing the ticket into driving too slow.

 

Or perhaps the cop is a decent human being and the "offender" at the time appeared to be less of a douche than he really is....so he let him off easy.

Ya know, the whole raise the sword but don't actually strike down with it thing that LE does sometimes, just to get their point across...

LE officers are allowed a certain degree of discretion...whether or not they use it effectively, they have the authority to use their judgment to perform their job....
