Safe, good medical, affordable, beautiful, friendly to Americans....and safe.

 

I been lookin at costa rica and it looks pretty good.........250-300k gets ya some fairly nice shack

 

My Dads cousin has lived there for many years.

 

Honduras, Nicaragua or my personal favorite, the Philippines where beer is cheap, women are even cheaper and balut & pineapple juice rule

 

I got ta lookin today at the major hurricane path .........................now I am concerened about alot of these

As much as I like it up here more, maybe because I am younger and it is a big change for us, but in the middle of of SC might be worth looking into. If nothing else, just for grins and giggles. Cost of living is low and you still get somewhat of a climate change in the winter without all the snow. But it does happen now and then. We were only an hour and a half from the mountains and the same distance from the beach. Just a thought.

 

I just seen a Survivorman episode set in Costa Rica...they have some of the worlds deadliest snakes and if you stopped moving for a few minutes you had something crawling on you.
