I chunk it up, throw in some butter, garlic salt and some fine chopped onion. Wrap it all up in foil and throw it on the grill. You can cook it as long as you want, it really won't burn unless you get completely drunk.

Same advice here...I like the way Dennis does em, but sometimes we just wrap the whole potato in foil (shiny side in) and put them on the top grill about 20 mins early, but time the rib steaks are med-rare the spuds are perfect!!

Chop up the tater in about 1/4" slices, put in foil x's 3, cube up 1/2 stick of butter, mix in some onions, mix in favorite seasonings, throw it on the grill or the campfire grate for 20 to 30 min.
Cut open the top of the foil and toss in some shredded cheese an sour cream........ Oh My!!!!

Feel those arteries clogging yet
