is the stuff on the concrete just a stain ir a selant

 

its a stain, it wasnt dry so it will get lighter, then i will put a hi-gloss sealer on it.

 

I would buy, before I keep spending my money on it, I had a family member, that was given the option to buy, and they fix up the place, then the scum-bag, pulled some equality from the house, then he change the price he promise, then he SOLD it from under them !!! Hey slowtowpig, I'm only saying what happen to my niece, not that it would happen to anybody else, BUT there are some scum-bags out there

 

Considering you are increasing the value of a home that you don't own. I would stop spending your money on it until you own it. Has the Landlord been refunding you for your out of pocket expenses? He should. After all it's his house.

 

Its a family members house, he is going to do owner finance. And they gave us $500 towards the remodel. I wouldn't be doing this if it wasn't going to be mine. I would rather add vehical number 8 to the collection but a nice house is more important

Very good point, but uncle george is just an old rancher with more money than he knows what to do with,he is doing this just because he wanted to I guess. He never goes to this house it was a extra house they had.
