Im with DM on this one.. Id act like a maniac.. throwing my arms about, trying to bite my ear, hollering, and running right at him.. that should make him freak out and leave you alone..

Complain to the Police Dept. tell them you are gonna file harassment. If you are doing nothing wrong there is no reason for that...

what did you do to make them follow you. i mean if you live in a small town doing fully boosted launches down main street is going to get the cops a little worried.
