My weekends "catch"
#11
Yeah we get the big ole Canadians up here. Me and my buddies always head out to the blind early and get settled in before they start coming in. Last year we had a foot and a half of snow on the ground the whole season. Out in their corn filed we set up the snow blind, I got two within an hour and decided to help the younger guys out, so I just called them in the next few hours. They get awful big, but they're tough as nails meat wise. only thing you can really eat is the breast, and even those are tough if you don't cook them just right. Hopefully they get home from college a few times this year for goose, I know they'll be back for deer camp.
