UPDATE!! : All of South Houston down to Galveston has now been issued an order to evacuate. The toll roads are now free and later this afternoon all freeways will be contra flow. 5700 National Gaurdsmen are already in Galveston and South Houston area and will be assisting anyone who doesnt have the means to get out as well as forcing people to leave who are trying to stay. Ike is now expected to reach class 4 for sure and possibly a class 5 bearing directly down on Houston.
