I don't know about that, I can hardly stand having neighbors that live close, I don't thinkl that I could handle someone actually living on my property!!!

I designed my house when i built it with my dad , Started with a blank piece of paper , and jamb packed cool stuff in it , cathedral ceilings , a window in every exterior room , Sky Lights in middle rooms , Den in the basement Where im at now , Used Floor trusses on this part so i didnt have any poles , Wet bar , Full bathroom down here , And i used every sort of material i could , Carpet , Tile , Lanolium , Drawwall , Panneling ect ect... to have a little of each , Wish i would of went with hard wood floors and the soft berber carpet , The only part we didnt do was the dry wall , i paid out the *** for a professional and we could of done better blind folded

My Dad broke his leg and lived in my den for a few weeks , there a fridge and everything down here , my plan is to stick chase down here when hes in his teens and he can have his own place and come and go as he pleases (And keep the wood burner stoked thats in here as well or freeze his *** off) bwhahahaha

Any way As per my design the garage had to be the same size as the living room for the house to be symmetric , So my garage is not as big as i would like , i can get my truck and 3 fourwheelers in there but thats about it , and i have to actually hit the back wall to get the door closed and back in or ill have to crawl out the pass side

I wish it was 10 feet bigger ATW around but then my living room would be huge

I am not sure what it is per yard, but, @ 20X26,with a 25ft loft style peak, I wm thinking that I will have just enough room for my tools, my lift((two Post)) , and an oil buring heater from side to side, and enough room in the back for my desk, a cot, and a fridge. Beyond that I would just need a generator and an air compressor, and they could go into an outside shed to the side of it. But, then 25X25X25 would probably fit my needs for now, and with steel, you can always add on later...

I believe they figure it by the cubic yard. It's going to take aprox 451 cu yds of concrete if the pad is 6" thick. I think!!!

No way!!! they said when they came out that they could do it 5" thick at one end and 8 at the other"because of the slope" and it would only be about 26 yards... Granted, that is for 20X26 pad. but 451??? There is no way!!! not at $100 per...that is like $45,000
I think not!!!
