How do you think a transformer works? Much shorter distances obviously, but there is not touching of one coil to the other.

That'd take some juice! I think I'll still wear my lead cup when anyone around is using that thing, don't want my nuts getting noosened up by the impact or by the radiation.

the only problem is the wasted energy in the equation.. that's A LOT of RF energy causing interference to all forms of radio... kiss your CB goodbye
