Wine Lovers List
Yea,, thats it..
What i really want is your guys/Gals favorite wine. You can call it more research..for work. talk to me people. I like some reds,as long as there not Oaky, some whites as long as there not dry. the only name that sticks to my pallet is a good white from Burrowing Owl in our beautiful Okanagan valley. Tinhorn, nkmip,So many wineries there i cant list them all. But its something i need to know.

Ok well ive been reserching different varieties, and what im after here is what goes best with what, What gives you the biggest hangovers, what to stay away from...Of the 27 white grape varieties, ,I only see a good few.. Muscat which is a Italian full bodied wine, sweet and floral. Pinot Gris. Italian , med, full bodied.Reiseling, fruity flavor and Pinot Blanc light ~ dryt good with seafood., they make brandy from Ugni Blanc a grape grown in france mostly, the Rhone valley., I never knew that.. thats just the white grapes,, I think with most white wines, they go with fish and chicken, pork,, white with white meat, was the rule of thumb,, Reds with red sauces, and steak... more research on reds now.

The Okanagan wines (particularily the Ice wines) are really good - but arent cheap.
I dont know a whole lot about wine but here a REALLY good & cheap red wine that is supposed to compare to a $100 bottle: Casillero Del Diablo - Concha y Toro

The Concha Y Toro wines are a great value, as are many Chilean wines. For interesting and small batch wines, check out Hunt Cellars from Paso Robles and Wood Family Vinyards out of my home town of Livermore.
My wife and I love good wine, and we love trying out inexpensive wines that we can drink everyday.
