I look at it this way...we all know that diesel smoke is prolly what is holding them back from being front runners on sales,,, yknow they get very good milage and better than any gasser out there and tboot they can tow or haul whatever ya want..................so with that said whats holding the diesels back isnt the econimics but rather the smoke they emmitt...the twin turbo will always have enough air for the amount of fuel given and this will eliminate the excess smoke........I truely believe the future of turbos is in variable vein geomitry myself

Maybe if they fix the smoke problem we might see a diesel make it into the 1/2 ton truck market for good. If they could make a diesel engine an affordable option in these platforms that is.

when Cummins gets the one in the Dodge 1500 it'll be cool for the folks that don't need the big-un.
