My neighbors son is visiting from Texas and brought a couple hundred lbs. of catfish. So tonight they are having a big catfish fry for the whole neighborhood. They said this will be the best catfish I've ever had. Texas has special catfish? Anyways sounds like a good time. Always nice to get together with all the neighbors in our subdivision. got to love small towns

 

Yep, we use speshul mud to farm them in.

I'm with ya there I've had farm raised and didn't care for it at all. Better take extra beer just in case and a whole lot of tartar sauce
