ok please dont read this if you dont want to hear about others prob or someone complaining
ok i have this person i work with lets call him tiny. first off i dont have alot of "friends". i have buddies, buds, bros, ect... you get the idea. in my eyes "friends" are family. PERIOD. will do anything for you at any time no questions asked or explinations needed. and ALL my frends are family. now this co-worker, tiny, was what i considered a "friend". now please remember i am not one to complain i am very laid back and easy going, things dont bother me MOST OF THE TIME. well this guy is only looking out for him if it did not help him or his status he wasent doing it. now i did not notice this for a while. well i started to notice. to start off i know very little about the diesel scene, i am learning but dont know ALOT. well he has been into this longer than i have so i would ask him questions and he would give me answers and i would take them as truth, and why shouldnt i he knows what he is doing... HAHAHA. i have this buddy who knows diesels (dodges mainly but very smart) and i would try to carry out an inteligent conversations about trucks with him and i quickly realized i "knew" less than when i started. thats just where it began i had to leave for 4 months with the military and i asked him if it was cool if i left my truck at his place while i was gone and he agreed. right before i left he asked me to barrow money for an unexpected bill ($1200.00). of course i said yes he is after all family. well in that 4 months he ran into my truck with his 4 wheeler (he said the HUGE dent was there when i droped it off) next he had a party and thought he needed to clean out his shop so his entire garbage pile from his shop FILLED the bed of my truck. during this party he thought it was funny to draw a LARGE male part on my hood and write i like the c0c#. then he had some other friends over and they decided it would be cool to PAINT the same thing on 2 of my wheels. then at some point he painted a smiley face on my back window. after i got back he asked me to go out with him on the 4 wheelers with him (i have 2 also) i thought cool finally something we can both do and he not profit form. well come to find out he had invited 6 other guys and told them i was driving and i was paying for fuel. when i got to his house i saw all these guys and did not think anything about it. loaded ALL the 4 wheelers on MY trailer. i asked on of the guys there how are all of you getting there? he informed me that tiny told them he was driving my car (that is a track ONLY car) and he then asked me when i was going to fill up the 4-wheelers. i proceeded to unload ALL the machines except mine off the trailer while tiny was in my ear the entire time. without saying a word i got in my truck and left. my phone quickly rang, i answered and he asked me whered you go i told him my wife said i could not come out and play today hung up and turned off my phone. well the next day i went over to pick my truck and take it home, 2 of the wheels and tires were gone. i confronted him and he told me that after i left the day before they took their trucks out playing and 2 different people blew their tires out so he let them take mine. well his truck is running 40s so i could not take his so i left. i came back about 3hrs latter with 2 tires i had at my place. drove my truck onto the trailer and left. tonight is my 15th day of work in a row. as i was getting ready to go home my sgt called me into his office and asked me how solid was i on taking my 4 comp days right now. i proceeded to ask him what was up and he informed me that we had no other qulified people that were going to be here for the next 6 days and asked me if it would work. now i should tell you i LOVE my job and my sgt by no means was telling me i had to work. i told him i would work except i neede 1 day off for my sis wedding. he said tell tiny he is covering that 1 day. so i went in where tiny had just got to work and told him i needed him to cover for me 1 day. he thought about it and said so were not going wheeling this weekend? (a trip i did not even know about). i told him no i need to work. he said no you dont just tell him you need to work on your truck and go 4-wheeling this weekend. i told tiny that in my mind that was not a good reason to screw my boss. now if i needed to spend time with the fam that is a good reason but wheeling was not. as i walked away he yelled "so now i am not family, I will remember that". i stoped turned and looked at him and said you want to hear this here or outside? he said here is fine. i laid into him for about 30min and he did not have a chance to get i word off. now my wife says i take to much from people but with this one i am done. i told him get me my money in 2 weeks or he will be hearing from my lawer. so we will see what happens.

if you werent at work you should of punched him square in the face. he is not a friend and you should also never associate with an *** like that, i consider myself pretty laid back to but when people starting f**kin with my truck and takin advantage of me, no it aint gonna happen. just never answer the phone when he calls and i would go to my lawyer anyhow regardless he stole your wheels and vandalized your property.

I agree with stkdram that you need to go to a laywer..... Personally if someone wrote on my truck even at work i would take them outside and beat the living s**t out of them and stealing the wheels is just too far you just dont do that. Sounds like the guy took advantage of you and was in it to screw you over and he wasnt really your friend in the first place.

That guys is a punk. He's not your friend...he's less than nothing to you.
It's unfortunate that in this day and age you can't just kick somebody's *** anymore because that's what he really needs and it would make you feel a lot better. I'd get a lawyer, file a police report and see what your Sargent can do for you.

Oh my.. I thought i got taken advantage of,,, Gez hoosier you got really messed up.. thats just not fair,, you cant be so nice...

You leave you truck there thinking it was safe,, you might as well have left it on the street. Id make him pay for the damage, get a estimate for the damage, the tires, get them back.
Never talk to tiny again. Punk.... Family PFFFFFFFFFT who needs people like that in there world.
this should be in the badlands, so we can really say whats on our minds, eh..
we have a rant thread in there. (you have to get a password from one of the boys in Orange or Red.)

That is a tough spot to be in.. Im alot like you, and I will help anyone , in anyway I can.. and its put me in postions like this in the past.. NOT NEAR as bad.. but Ive been somewhat in your shoes.. I would deal with Tiny like the other guys said here.. Contact a lawyer, get an estimate on damages, wheels, tires.. File a police report, and of course contact the SGT.. let him know whats goin on.. Im sure if he knows the kind of person you are, he will deal with "Tiny" for being an *** like that to you..

that is why i have stopped helping people........help no one but yourself......i wont even help family......my mom asked for 2500 bucks to bail my brother out of jail and i said no........there is only 1 person you can truly trust and thats yourself..........trust no one else......EVER.......
