Default If You Could Go Back In Time...

knowing what we know now about what cars are worth, if you could go back in time and buy a car or a truck right off the show room floor what would it be??

i have a feeling the 94-97 dodges are going to be a popular choice.

I would be torn between one of those or like one of the old mopars with the hemi in it, i know i said the H-word but im not talkin about one of these new "hemis" im talking the ones in like Cuda's and Road Runners and those old cars, them things will fetch a pretty penny now a days.

A definite for me would be a 68 Roadrunner, what were they back then, about $3500. My wife had an old Satellite with a 440 in it, if only I'd have known her then.

right off the top of my head I'd say definately a 67-69 Chevelle with 396 for my private show/go toy.. but if a man was smart, and had himself one of them thar time machines.. Id go back and buy a whole train load of those lil Mazda and FOrd and Chevy trucks with the small diesel enginges in them.. they were dirt cheap back then, but they got like 50 mpg+ and if you had a train load of those right now, you could get RICH quick..

I would buy a couple cars a 427 AC Cobra and a 70 or 71 hemi cuda convertable. All fetch high 6 digits at auction..

Although I am kind of partial to these..
